Provision of the website and log files

While using our website, the following data is transmitted to us via your internet browser, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you, to optimize the website and to ensure stability and security:

This data is deleted after 30 days at the latest. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. Being operator of the website our legitimate interests as the responsible website operator arise from the above purposes.

Applications

We use your personal data to fill vacancies and, in individual cases with your consent, to include you in the echion applicant pool.

We process private contact data (first and last name, address, telephone, e-mail), curriculum vitae (incl. application photo, school, further education and training, previous employers), references (school, training and work references) as part of the application process.).

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO, respectively § 26 BDSG. In the case of inclusion in the applicant pool the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1 lit. a DS-GVO).

Your application data will only be forwarded internally to the departments involved in filling the vacancy.

The data will be deleted 6 months after completion of the application process. If you consented to the inclusion of your application data in the echion applicant pool your data will be deleted 1 year after the completion of the application process.

There is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that you cannot be considered in the application process.

When you contact us by e-mail or via contact form the data you provide  will be processed by us in order to deal with your request. the data you provide  will be processed by us in order to deal with your request. In this context, we use your data, in particular the e-mail address, for direct advertising of our products and services based on Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Web Analytics Platform Matomo

What is Matomo
Matomo is an Open Source Web Analytics platform. We use the web analytics platform to measure, collect, analyze and report visitor data in order to understand and optimize our website.

What is Matomo used for

Matomo is used by us to analyze the behavior of website visitors to identify potential pitfalls; pages not found, problems with search engine indexing, which content is most popular. Once the data is processed (e.g., the number of visitors who reach a page not found, only display one page), Matomo creates reports that allow us to take measures to improve our offering, e.g., change the layout of the pages, publish new content . Legal Basis

Matomo stores cookies and reads information from your device based on your consent in accordance with §25 Abs. 1 TTDSG. The processing of personal data with Matomo is only done with express consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DS-GVO). Storage period: The personal data collected via Matomo is automatically deleted after a period of 1 day. Aggregated data is automatically deleted after a period of 24 months.
Possibility of Objection
Matomo does not create profiles and respects your browser’s do-not-track setting.
