A joint workshop improves the efficiency and effectiveness of digital in-store communication. Targeted analysis ensures that investments in digital communication systems are used optimally. This means that precise placement and the choice of suitable technology offer greater investment security. At the same time, clearly defined processes enable faster and more efficient operation – both internally and externally via specialized agencies.

The time required for the concept depends on the size of the store and the number of touchpoints. As a rule, a workshop takes between half a day and a whole day. Preparation and follow-up work should also be taken into account. Experience shows that 1 to 2 weeks between workshops is advisable to ensure thorough development.

In the workshops, the most important touchpoints are defined and described in detail in so-called touchpoint sheets. These serve as a “set card” for each touchpoint. Depending on requirements, a comprehensive content concept, a technology concept and an operational concept can also be developed. Specific content concepts for individual touchpoints are also possible, depending on their importance and the interlinking of the touchpoints. These concepts take into account the requirements of the target groups and the desired benefits.
